As early as you can from November through April, and especially in peak season — January through April — when weekends and the larger Trio and Quad packages go first. Outside those months there is usually more room. At Bonita Beach we can often take short notice because our store is right on the beach; anywhere off-site needs more lead time and is by request.

In full at the time of booking. Reserving your setup holds your date, your beach and your gear, so we settle up front and you arrive with nothing left to handle.

Yes — call or text 239-823-1893 and we will do our best. Adding extras is easy right up to the day before. Moving a date depends on availability, and cancellations are covered by our cancellation policy.

Bonita Beach, Fort Myers Beach, Naples and Sanibel Island are the beaches we serve most often, and each has its own page with parking and access details. We are not limited to them. We can set up at most Southwest Florida beaches that offer public beach access and nearby parking — tell us where you have in mind when you book, or send a quote request, and we will confirm availability for that beach.

Tell us where you would like to be when you book and we will do our best. We are not tied to one or two access points at any of our beaches — if there is reasonable beach access and parking nearby, we can usually set up there.

Each Luxe cabana is 6 × 6 feet, with a fringed canopy in white, green or blue. That footprint shades two adjustable chairs and a beach table with room to move around. For bigger groups we set up multiple cabanas side by side — that is what the Duo, Trio and Quad packages are.

A Luxe cabana, two wood-and-canvas adjustable chairs, a beach table, a cooler stocked with ice and bottled water, and two Turkish beach towels — multiplied by the number of cabanas in your package. Setup and cleanup are always included, never an add-on.

A Solo comfortably suits one to three people, a Duo three to six, a Trio six to eight and a Quad eight to ten. Those are comfort guidelines about shade and seating rather than hard limits. If you are between sizes, book the smaller one and add a chair or two.

Yes. Wood-and-canvas sling chairs are the default — they recline flat if you want to nap. Zero-Gravity chairs are padded, fully reclining and easier on your back. Same price, so it is purely preference. Tell us when you book.

Yes. We carry alternative seating options for seniors and guests with limited mobility — tell us when you book and we will bring them and place your cabana to suit. Each location page also lists that beach’s accessible parking, restrooms and boardwalk access.

Yes, within reason — birthdays, proposals, post-wedding beach days and small corporate outings. We set up multiple 6 × 6 ft cabanas side by side for larger groups. Send us the details through the quote form and we will tell you what is possible.

If it is light rain, we still set up — storms here tend to blow through. If there are thunderstorms, lightning or winds of 15 mph or more, we contact you as soon as we can. Weather cancellations before 1:00 PM receive a full refund or a credit for another day.

If gusts are forecast at 15 mph or above we cannot safely raise the cabanas and umbrellas, and we will keep them lowered. Above that threshold we may not be able to set up at all. It is a safety and equipment call, not a preference.

Yes — we reserve the right to move your start time up to an hour either way, because we cannot set up in active rain or lightning. We will always tell you as early as we can.

Leave immediately and seek shelter. Do not wait for us and do not worry about the equipment. Our full weather policy has the detail, but the short version is that your safety comes first, every time.
