Florida Weather is Unpredictable
For the most part, storms tend to blow through & it’s rare for it to rain all day. We will always do our best to ensure you get your perfect beach day!
We ask for prompt responses & flexibility if there is inclement weather so we can move forward in the best possible way
We reserve the right to push your booking start time up or back up to one hour as we can not setup in active rain or lightning.
We always ask that you lower the umbrellas on your way out, but we ask for special attention to this as winds tend to pick up when storms come through & they will break our equipment.
If the winds are predicted to be 15 MPH we will keep the cabanas & umbrellas lowered. We ask that you only raise them if the winds die down & pay special attention to lowering them when you leave.
Lightening ~Inclement Weather~ If Your Safety is at Risk – Leave Immediately and Seek Shelter!
The very elements that make our state a great place for outdoor activities — warm temperatures and plenty of water — also make the environment primed for the production of thunderstorms, which generate lightning. Florida is the lightning capital of the country, mainly due to our geography. Please take care seeking shelter if needed, during inclement weather, which typically passes quickly. Remain in safe shelter for 30 minutes following the final clap of thunder.
We reserve the right to refuse service or to cancel any rental at any time due to conditions deemed unsafe.
