Frequently Asked Questions

We have options on Fort Myers Beach and Bonita Beach. If you are unsure of where you would like to set up your suite, we can help pick the perfect location based on your needs. 

If light rain occurs we will still move forward with setting up your Beach Suite. In the event of thunderstorms, lightning or excessive winds (15 mph) you will be notified the night before or the morning of your booking. If we are forced to cancel due to weather, we will issue you a full refund or rain check. 

If wind gusts are over 15 mph we will be unable to set up the umbrellas, tents and cabana.  You will have the option to keep your suite minus those items or we will issue you a refund or rain check. 

All day Beach Suites are from 10am – 4pm. Please text your host when you are done for the day. 

Yes, we can customize any Beach Suite to create the perfect event for your party.

Your host will contact you the morning of your Suite to let you know everything is ready. 

When you’re ready to leave, just text your host and let them know you are leaving.

No, we do not provide parking but can guide you to the best parking options closest to your beach access.

Tips are not required but greatly appreciated. 100 percent of tips go directly to the two person team in charge of setting up your Beach Suite for the day. You can leave a tip at check out.
