A Flex Pass day is not a stripped-back version of a normal booking. It is a premium cabana setup, with an extra chair thrown in.

Claim each day
Tell us which day you want by 6:00 PM the evening before. Call, text 239-823-1893, or email. That is the whole process.

Turn up
Your cabana is standing on the sand at 10:00 AM, chairs out, table set. We come back at 4:00 PM and take it all away.
Why 6:00 PM the day before? Because we load the truck and plan the crew’s route the evening before. Give us that much notice and your spot is guaranteed. Ask on the morning of and we will try, but we cannot promise it.

Valid for 30 days
Your seven days must be used within 30 days of purchase. They do not have to be consecutive, but they do not roll over past the window either. If you are here for a week or two, that is plenty. If you are a local hoping to spread them across a whole season, this is not the right product — talk to us instead and we will work something out.
Bonita Beach only
Flex Pass days are set up at Bonita Beach Park. It is the one beach with no trip fee, which is what makes the price possible. Fort Myers Beach, Naples and Sanibel are not covered.
Reserve by 6:00 PM the day before
Each day has to be claimed the evening before so we can plan the route. Same-day requests are welcome but not guaranteed.
If the weather turns
Rain checks are honored inside your 30-day window — a washed-out day goes back on your pass rather than being lost. Our full weather and cancellation policy covers the details.
Parking is separate
Bonita Beach Park parking is $2 per hour by mobile pay, paid to Lee County rather than to us. That applies to every reservation, pass or not.
One group, one pass
The pass covers one cabana setup per day. If your group grows and you need a second cabana on a given day, add one at the normal rate.

Is the Flex Pass actually right for you?
It is a good deal for some people and a bad deal for others. We would rather tell you which one you are.
Buy it if…
- You are here for a week or two and expect three or more beach days
- You are local to Bonita Springs or Estero and go often in a given month
- You have family visiting and want a standing beach setup while they are here
- You add any extras you want — games, speaker, sun bed, cooler
Skip it if…
- You are going once or twice — two Solo days cost $350, so just book those
- You want Fort Myers Beach, Naples or Sanibel — the pass is Bonita only
- Your trip is more than 30 days out — the window starts the day you buy
- You need a big group setup every day — ask for a custom quote instead
Going fewer than three days? Do not buy this. Book individual days and you will pay less. We would rather have you back next year than sell you something you do not need.

Flex Pass questions
How much is the Flex Pass?
$500 for seven cabana days at Bonita Beach. Booked one at a time, those same seven days would be $1,225 as Solo Cabanas — so the pass saves you $725, and it breaks even on your third beach day.
Do I have to use all seven days in a row?
No. The days do not need to be consecutive. They do need to be used within 30 days of the date you buy the pass, and they do not roll over after that.
What is included on each day?
A premium 6 × 6 ft Luxe cabana, three beach chairs, a wooden beach table, and full setup and takedown by our crew, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. That is one more chair than the standard Solo package.

Can I use the pass at Fort Myers Beach, Naples or Sanibel?
No. The Flex Pass is Bonita Beach only. Bonita is our home base with no trip fee, and that is what makes the price work. If you want cabana days at another beach, book those directly or ask us for a quote.
Can I add extras to a Flex Pass day?
Yes — every add-on we offer is available on a Flex Pass day, at the same price as any other booking. Cornhole, Giant Jenga, a Bluetooth speaker, a sun bed, the charcuterie table, extra towels: add them when you book each day.
What happens if a day is rained out?
Rain checks are honored inside your 30-day window, so a washed-out day goes back onto your pass rather than being lost. Our weather and cancellation policy has the full detail on when we call a day.
Can I share the pass with friends or family?
The pass covers one cabana setup per day, so whoever is with you that day is covered by the shade and the three chairs. If you need a second cabana on a given day, add one at the normal rate.
