If you have never booked a private cabana setup before, it is a fair question: what goes into the price, and what should you expect to pay? Here is the honest breakdown.
What drives the price
- Length of stay. A single day costs more per day than a multi-day package. Providers, us included, reward longer commitments with a lower daily rate.
- What is included. A cabana with chairs is priced differently to one with a table, a stocked cooler, towels and add-ons.
- Setup and takedown. Full service — gear standing before you arrive, gone after you leave — costs more than a self-serve equipment rental. It also saves you two trips across hot sand.
- Location and season. Peak season, roughly January through April here, and off-site beaches both move the number. Beaches away from our Bonita store carry a per-day trip fee that covers gas, parking, drive time and the crew.
What we charge
Our Solo Cabana starts at $175 at Bonita Beach, $235 at Fort Myers Beach and Naples, and $275 at Sanibel Island. Those prices already include delivery, setup, cleanup and the trip fee for that beach — you never pay a trip fee on top of a package, and nothing is added at checkout.
The Bonita Beach Flex Pass is a useful illustration of how much multi-day bundling moves the number. Seven individual Solo Cabana days at Bonita would run $1,225. The Flex Pass bundles all seven for $500 — about $71 a day instead of $175 — and includes a third beach chair on each of those days. It breaks even on your third day, and all seven must be used within 30 days.
Beach parking is the one thing never included, at any beach. It is paid to the park or the town, not to us.

Is it worth it?
The honest answer depends on what you are optimising for. Compared to buying your own gear, a single cabana day costs more than a cheap folding chair and umbrella from a store. But you are not carrying that gear across the sand, not assembling it in the wind, not packing it wet at the end of the day, and not storing it in the boot for the rest of your trip.
For most visitors, and for locals who go often enough to make a multi-day pass work, the time and effort is the real product. The equipment is just how it gets delivered.
