Why Fort Myers Beach
One of the most iconic stretches of sand in Southwest Florida
Fort Myers Beach is seven miles of soft white sand and warm, shallow Gulf water, with the energy of Times Square and the pier at the north end and long quiet stretches the further south you walk. It is the beach people picture when they picture Southwest Florida.
The island is still rebuilding after Hurricane Ian, and that changes where we set up rather than whether we do. Lynn Hall Memorial Park is closed for now, but its main lot and beach park remain closed for reconstruction — currently expected to reopen in 2027. Until then we set up nearby at Beach Access 27 on Mango Street, with exactly the same gear and the same service. We will be back at Lynn Hall the day it reopens.
We are not tied to one or two access points either. If there is reasonable beach access and parking nearby, we can usually set up there — tell us where you want to be when you book.

Every package price below already includes the $60 per day trip fee, plus delivery, setup and cleanup — you never pay a trip fee on top of a package. Nothing is added at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay. Beach parking is paid separately to the town or county.

Fort Myers Beach carries a $60 per-day trip fee, charged for each day of your reservation, because our crew drives out and back every single day you are booked. It covers gas, parking, drive time and the crew. Bonita Beach is our home base with no trip fee, which is why a Solo Cabana starts at $175 there — see Bonita Beach if your plans are flexible.

Everything arrives before you do
We drive out, build your setup on the sand, and come back at the end of the day to take it away. You carry nothing, either direction.

Parking, restrooms & accessibility
Beach parking is not included in your reservation, and it is paid to the town or county rather than to us. Here is exactly what to expect.
Lynn Hall Memorial Park
Currently closed for post-Hurricane Ian reconstruction, with the Town currently expecting it to reopen in 2027. Portable restrooms are on site in the meantime. When it reopens it will have ADA-accessible restrooms, showers and designated disability parking spaces; check the posted rate when you arrive.
Beach Access 27 (Mango St)
A popular access while Lynn Hall is closed. Town-operated parking is $5 per hour plus a small transaction fee, through the Passport Parking app.
Paying anywhere on the island
Town-operated lots and beach accesses run about $5 per hour plus a small transaction fee, through the Passport Parking app, so one app covers the island. Rates change — check the posted signs.
Disability parking
Drivers with a valid disability placard or plate park free in designated handicap spaces, or for up to four hours free at a metered spot if the handicap spaces are full.
Your hours
Daytime setups run 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM. A Golden Hour Sunset package runs 3:00 PM to dusk by request.

How much does parking cost at Fort Myers Beach?
At Beach Access 27, parking is around $5 per hour plus a small transaction fee. Lynn Hall Memorial Park is normally $2 per hour when open. Both use the Passport Parking system — the app, or text LYNNHALL to 25023 at Lynn Hall. Parking is paid to the town, not to us, and is not included in your reservation.
Is Lynn Hall Memorial Park open yet?

What happens if it rains?
If it is light rain, we still set up. If there are thunderstorms, lightning or winds of 15 mph or more, we let you know as soon as we can. If we have to cancel for weather before your reservation, you get a full refund or you can reschedule — your choice.
