Fort Myers Beach Access
Fort Myers Beach is one of Southwest Florida’s most iconic stretches of sand — seven miles of soft white beach, warm Gulf water, and the lively Times Square pier just steps away. Cabana Magic delivers, sets up, and breaks down your private beach cabana right on the sand, so all you have to do is show up and relax.
We regularly set up at Lynn Hall Park, along with the nearby Beach Access 27 (Mango St), with premium shade canopies, cushioned loungers, Turkish towels, and a cooler stocked with ice and water waiting when you arrive. Please note: Lynn Hall Memorial Park’s main lot and beach park are currently closed for post-Hurricane Ian reconstruction (expected to reopen in summer 2027) — during this time we’re setting up at Beach Access 27 nearby, and will be back at Lynn Hall as soon as it reopens. Don’t see your preferred Fort Myers Beach access point listed below? Let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Book your Fort Myers Beach cabana rental today and spend your day soaking up the Gulf breeze instead of hauling gear.
Parking, Restrooms & Accessibility
Lynn Hall Memorial Park (primary): Metered parking is normally $2/hour via mobile pay (text LYNNHALL to 25023 or use the Passport Parking app), with ADA-accessible restrooms, showers, and designated disability parking spaces. Please note: Lynn Hall’s main lot and beach park are currently closed for post-Hurricane Ian reconstruction (expected to reopen summer 2027) — portable restrooms are available on-site during this time.
Beach Access 27 / Mango St (secondary, current fallback): About six parking spaces including one handicap space, pay-by-phone at the standard Fort Myers Beach town rate (around $5/hour plus a small transaction fee, 9am–9pm) via the Passport Parking app, by texting PARK to 30844, or by calling 239-420-9496. There is no on-site restroom at this access point. Drivers with a valid disability placard can park free in designated handicap spaces, or up to four hours free at a metered spot if the handicap spaces are full.
Public parking all along Fort Myers Beach uses the same Passport Parking system, so the app or text-to-pay option works at any town-managed lot or meter on Estero Blvd.
